By downloading, installing, or using Sassystant, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Sassystant is operated by Magical Insights ("we", "us", "our").
Sassystant analyzes screenshots you provide of dating-app conversations and profiles, and uses AI to generate suggested replies and openers. Suggestions are creative assistance only - they are not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, or effective, and we make no promises about matches, dates, or relationship outcomes.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Sassystant.
You agree to only upload content you have the right to share, and not to use Sassystant to:
Suggestions produced by Sassystant may sometimes be inaccurate, off-tone, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any suggestion before sending it. We disclaim liability for the consequences of messages you choose to send.
Sassystant is currently free to use. A premium subscription tier is planned for launch, billed through Google Play. Where applicable, subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, and refunds are handled according to Google Play's policies.
Sassystant, its branding, and its underlying technology belong to Magical Insights. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
Sassystant is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, or any other dating platform. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Sassystant if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Sassystant is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magical Insights is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including outcomes of conversations or relationships resulting from suggestions made by the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Magical Insights' place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above and notify you in the app for material changes.
